At Rawndo, we want our return and refund process to be clear and easy to understand. This Return & Refund Policy explains what can be returned, what cannot be returned, how damaged-on-arrival items are handled, how cancellations work, and when refunds are processed.
By placing an order with Rawndo, you agree to the terms below.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To start a return, customers must contact us at support@rawndo.com before sending any item back. Customers should include their order number, the item they want to return, the reason for the return, and photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Returns We Accept
Rawndo accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.
We accept return requests for change of mind, wrong item received, item damaged on arrival, and faulty or defective items.
Approved returns include a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no additional cost to the customer.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a change of mind return, the item must be unused, in original condition, in the original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, parts, and included components.
The item must be free from visible wear, stains, odours, installation marks, alteration, or signs of use.
Products that require assembly must be returned disassembled and in original condition.
Items Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rawndo.com.
To review a damaged-on-arrival claim, we require the order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the damaged packaging, and a short description of the issue.
This section only applies to items that arrive damaged during delivery.
It does not apply to items damaged after delivery due to use, installation, misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or alteration.
If the damaged-on-arrival claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Approved damaged-on-arrival returns are refunded to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected, unless we confirm that a return is not required.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty or defective, contact us at support@rawndo.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
If the defective item return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Approved defective item returns are refunded to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rawndo.com.
Please include your order number, photos of the item received, photos of the packaging or shipping label, and a short description of the issue.
If the wrong product claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Approved wrong-product returns are refunded to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
Returns We Do Not Accept
We do not accept returns if the return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
We also do not accept returns if the item was used, installed, altered, stained, worn, or damaged after delivery.
Returns may also be refused if the item is missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, or included components.
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or improper installation.
Returns sent back without approval, or shipped outside our approved return process, may be refused.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you want a different item, please place a new order. You may request a return for the original item if it meets the return conditions in this policy.
Lost or Never Arrived Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us at support@rawndo.com as soon as possible.
We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, building staff, the delivery location, or the carrier.
If the carrier review confirms that the order was lost in transit or incorrectly delivered, the order may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation After Ordering
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipment preparation and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once delivered, the customer may request a return if the item is eligible under this policy.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@rawndo.com and include your order number.
Return Shipping Cost
Approved returns include a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no additional cost to the customer.
Returns must be sent by mail using the instructions provided by our support team.

Do not send items back without return approval. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Restocking Fee
Rawndo does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Refund Timeline
Returned items are inspected after arrival.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
Shipping and Delivery Delays
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, peak shipping periods, logistics disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery delays do not qualify for extra compensation.
If your order is severely delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at support@rawndo.com so our support team can review the issue.
Canada Only
Rawndo currently serves customers within Canada only.
Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.
