Shipping

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. Rawndo serves customers across Canada.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. Rawndo currently ships within Canada only. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 6–12 business days total, including order processing and delivery.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when tracking is available.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We work with trusted shipping carriers and logistics partners, which may include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other delivery partners.

The carrier used for your order may depend on the product, warehouse location, delivery address, and shipping availability.

Orders and Changes

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed for a full refund.

After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipment preparation and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once delivered, you may request a return if the item is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rawndo.com and include your order number.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@rawndo.com.

If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the shipping address. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Products

Can I return my product?

Yes. Rawndo accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

For a standard return, the item must be unused, in original condition, in the original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, parts, and included components.

Items that have been used, installed, altered, stained, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Are returns free?

Yes. Approved returns include a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no additional cost to the customer.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. Rawndo does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We aim to display product photos, colours, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or natural product variation.

Returns and Refunds

How do I start a return?

To start a return, email us at support@rawndo.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you want a different item, please place a new order. You may request a return for the original item if it meets the return conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery Issues

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rawndo.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the damaged packaging, and a short description of the issue.

This applies only to items damaged during delivery. It does not apply to items damaged after delivery due to use, installation, misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or alteration.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rawndo.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the item received, photos of the packaging or shipping label, and a short description of the issue.

If the wrong-product claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping estimates may vary due to weather, carrier delays, peak shipping periods, remote delivery regions, logistics disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

If your order is severely delayed, please contact us at support@rawndo.com so our support team can review the issue.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us at support@rawndo.com as soon as possible.

We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, building staff, the delivery location, or the carrier.

If the carrier review confirms that the order was lost in transit or incorrectly delivered, the order may be eligible for a refund.
