At Rawndo, we offer secure payment processing through Shopify Payments and other trusted payment services available at checkout. This Payment Policy explains accepted payment methods, currency, payment authorization, order processing, pricing, and payment disputes.

Payment Methods Accepted

Rawndo accepts major payment methods available at checkout, including:

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment platform or approved payment providers.

Rawndo does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

Currency

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges will be shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Rawndo or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

This may include the product cost, applicable taxes, shipping fees where applicable, and any other charges clearly displayed before checkout is completed.

Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.

Order Processing After Payment

After successful payment confirmation, your order is submitted for processing and fulfillment.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping typically takes 6–12 business days total, including order processing and delivery.

Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to update product pricing, promotions, availability, or product details at any time.

In rare cases involving pricing errors, payment processing issues, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or incorrect order information, we may cancel or refuse an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Fraud Prevention and Verification

To protect our customers and business, Rawndo may review orders for fraud prevention purposes.

Additional verification may be requested before an order is approved, processed, or shipped.

Orders identified as high-risk, unauthorized, or fraudulent may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order may not be completed or processed.

Please check that your payment details, billing address, and available funds are correct before trying again.

Rawndo is not responsible for delays caused by failed, declined, or incomplete payment attempts.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@rawndo.com so our support team can help review the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or fraudulent disputes may be challenged with supporting order records, shipping records, tracking information, customer communication, and policy documentation.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
